Buy meat on sale and marinate, then label and freeze them until you’re ready to grill, saut
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (some stems okay)
1 onion, roughly sliced
1 cup teriyaki sauce
Defrost the meat, season with salt and pepper, and then grill or broil. Serve with cooked soba noodles, thinly sliced Savoy cabbage, carrots, ginger, scallions, cilantro, and peanuts.
