1 lb hamburg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
2 cup water
1/2 cup beef stock
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
16 oz uncooked pasta
1/2 cup sour cream
1. In a large heavy skillet over med heat brown beef and cook onion until tender. Reduce heat to low.
2. In a bowl combine tomato juice, water, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and pepper. Pour into beef mixure. Stir in pasta. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove mixure from heat, and stir in sour cream.
