This recipe was sent by you in an e-mail a short time ago, but does not appear in your archives. It is absolutally fabulous. It was titled “Best in the West” (California that is). Bar-B-Q Bean Bake
1 lb ground beef
1 lb bacon, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp. mustard
4 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp pepper
2 cans (16 oz.) red kidney beans
2 cans (16 oz.) pork and beans
2 cans (16 oz.) butter beans
Brown hamburger, bacon, and onion. Drain fat. Combine and add all ingredient, except beans, in an oven-safe dish. Stir well. Add beans and stir thoroughly. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Enjoy! s/s Shirley Marie
