3 pounds ground beef or lamb
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
2 teaspoons chili powder
Sauce:
2 cups ketchup
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 of an onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together. Form into walnut-sized balls and place in single layer in 9″x13″ pans. Freeze until needed or bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with sauce or your favorite BBQ sauce.
