1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
8oz cream cheese, cubbed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12oz can whole kernal corn, drained
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
9.5oz refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscutits
Heat oven to 375. Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in cream cheese & soup; mix well. Add corn and seasonings; pour into 9x13x2 pan. Place biscuits around the edge of baking dish; bake for 20-25 minutes.
