Chicken Continental
Frying chicken pieces (up to 4 lbs. – you can use any of your
Favorite pieces, whole or cut up)
1/3 cup seasoned flour
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-1/2 Tbs. Grated onion
1 tsp. Salt
Dash pepepr
1 Tbs. Parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. Thyme
1-1/3 cups water
1-1/3 cups minute rice
Flour chicken, brown in butter, and set aside. Stir soup,
Seasonings, and water into drippings. Stir and bring to a boil.
Spread rice in shallow baking dish. Pour soup mixture over rice.
Mix. Top with chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375.
