I made this recipe for my husband . . . he loves the flavor and the color.
1 bottle soy sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in small pieces
1 fresh piece ginger
1 each red, green, yellow and orange pepper, sliced and seeded
1 bag slivered almonds
1 box Minute rice
Put a little soy sauce in pan, add chicken and 1/2 of the cut up ginger, cook until completely white, stirring all the while…this will take about 15 minutes. While the chicken is cooking make the Minute Rice and let it sit … after the chicken is done add peppers without … cook for about 10 minutes then add slivered almonds..
Serve on rice. Enjoy.
