This simple and tasty appetizer is best with an unsalted cracker. –The Woodbox Inn, Nantucket, Massachusetts
1/4 pound of both King and Snow crab
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons horseradish
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled fresh blue cheese
Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve on lettuce bed with garnish of parsley, lemon, or tomato rose.
