When I was growing up, we didn’t always have a lot of money and, sometimes, we had to improvise with what was in the cabinets. This was one of the things that turned out absolutely delicious!!! I, still- even now, make this for MY kids and they LOVE it!!

When I was growing up, we didn’t always have a lot of money and, sometimes, we had to improvise with what was in the cabinets. This was one of the things that turned out absolutely delicious!!! I, still- even now, make this for MY kids and they LOVE it!!
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tuna
1 soup can full of water
1 soup can full of Minute Rice
salt
pepper
Combine soup and tuna in medium pot. Fill empty soup can with water and mix with soup and tuna mixture. Bring to a boil. Fill empty soup can with Minute Rice and mix with above ingredients. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit 15 minutes or until rice is to desired consistency. Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
