1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg
1 tablespoon Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2/3 cup milk
8 large outer cabbage leaves
1 can condensed tomato soup, mixed with 1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and rice. Add egg, Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend, Worcestershire sauce, onion, carrot, parsley and milk and mix well.
Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Drain. Spoon about 6 tablespoons of the turkey mixture on each leaf. Fold in sides and roll ends over meat. Please seam down in a large glass baking dish.
Mix together, soup and brown sugar and pour over cabbage rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, basting twice with sauce.
