Our daughter Gina gave me this recipe and it’s delicious.
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can crescent dinner rolls
1-2 tablespoons butter
1-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Cream cheese mixture:
2 or 4 ounces cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Add mixture to chicken and spoon into crescent rolls, then roll up. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
