1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. oil (I use olive oil)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well until dough ball forms. Let stand 5 minutes. Press dough onto 12″ pizza pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. If dough is too sticky, add just enough flour to make pliable and easy to work.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Poke wholes all over the dough with a fork. Bake the dough for about 20 minutes
Add whatever toppings you like and bake an additional 20 minutes.
