3 prepared pie shells
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 eggs, separated
1-1/2 cups molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons white flour
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon cloves
Mix brown sugar, egg yolks, molasses, vanilla, flour, milk, and cloves together. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and fold into first mixture. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, or until center is firm.
