4 (6 oz each) catfish fillets
4 tbsp olive oil, divided
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp McCormick
All you do:
Coat fillets with 2 tbsp olive oil.
Stir together bread crumbs and seasoning. Rub bread crumb mixture into fish fillets.
In a large skillet, heat remaining 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add fillets and cook 4 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 4 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through. Serve.
