1 orange, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
1 lemon, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (or to taste)
15 whole cloves (or to taste)
4 large cinnamon sticks
1 ounce brandy
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup berry herbal tea
Place first seven ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. When the wine is warm, stir in the sugar and berry tea. Serve in glass mugs with cinnamon sticks as a garnish.
