1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons each of cornmeal, wheat germ, and ground flax seed
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
mix dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients together, combine and
mix well. cook in hot oiled skillet.
