DRESSING:
1 cup olive oil
6 Tbsp white vinegar
4 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp pepper
SALAD:
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 16oz prepared coleslaw mix
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
6 finely chopped green onions
1 cup chow mein noodles
Saute almonds and sesame seeds until lightly golden.
Toss them with coleslaw mix, sunflower seeds, and onions.
Pour dressing over all and mix well.
Best if made one day ahead. Immediately before serving, toss with crunchy chow mein noodles.
