1 C. chopped pecans
1 C. brown sugar; packed
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine; melted
Directions
Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir together eggs and butter and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Place baking C. in muffin pan and spoon batter into C. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Remove from pans immediately and cool.
