Use this spice in pâtés, stews, meat loaves, and soups, and experiment with other dishes as well.
3/4 cup ground white pepper
4 teaspoons ground cloves
4 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients until well blended, and store in tightly closed containers.
