A simple dish that is hearty, wholesome, nourishing, and delicious.
Potatoes
Cream
Salt
Cheese
Bake potatoes until thoroughly cooked. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, remove potato pulp from shells, and mash with a little cream and salt to taste. Pile mixture in the shells, place thin slices of cheese over the top, and return to the oven for about 15 minutes.
