(The surprise comes when you bite into them and find an olive.)
36 small stuffed olives
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup soft butter
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Blend the cheese and butter until well mixed. Stir in the flour, salt, paprika and Tabasco and blend well. Wrap one teaspoon of dough around each olive, covering it completely.
Arrange on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
