This is an old family favorite from a high school friend of my wife’s. This is one of our favorites of all time, and it is requested by friends as well.
3 to 4 large cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1 cam creamed corn
1 can diced green chiles
2 cups grated Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese
1 bag Tortilla Chips
Boil chicken breast and dice into 1/2″ cubes.
Mix remaining ingredients (except tortilla chips and 1/2 of the cheese) in large bowl with chicken.
Lightly crush the tortilla chips in the bag.
Spray or grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Layer in the casserole dish: tortilla chips, chicken mixture, chips, chicken mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and brown, and casserole is heated through.
