1 pound sausage meat
1 No.2 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
Brown the sausage until crumbly. While it cooks combine the corn, eggs, and salt. Place half of this mixture in a greased casserole, cover with the sausage lifted from the skillet with a perforated spoon. Top with the rest of the corn mixture. Stir the bread crumbs together with the fat remaining in the skillet and spread over the casserole. Bake until set and browned at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
