This recipe for the best maple butter is as simple as it is delicious. Try some on pancakes, French toast, or freshly-baked bread.

Yield:

1-1/2 cups

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 to 1 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

In a blender, blend all ingredients on pulse, then continuously on high until smooth. Pour into containers and refrigerate. Serve with bread, pancakes, etc.
