This flavorful layer dip is a real crowd pleaser.
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 bag corn chips
1 large tomato, diced
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 quart kidney beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
Sliced black olives, optional
Sour cream, optional
Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place a layer of corn chips on a plate and add a layer of ground beef, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. Smooth on a layer of kidney beans. Add the cheese and top with the salad dressing.
