1 Trimmed Brisket
1 Bottle (or can) of Beer
1 Envelope Lipton’s Dry Onion Soup Mix.
Using extra thick aluminum foil, arrange brisket in pan so that the sides of foil will fold over and cover brisket.
Sprinkle 1 envelope of Lipton’s Onion Soup Mix over brisket and rub into meat.
Poor beer (any brand) around sides of brisket. (not over)
Cover brisket with foil.
Bake in 300 degree oven for 4 to 6 hours. Depending on the size of your brisket, it should be fork tender.
