Bran Muffins
Mix together and set aside:
16 oz. Box Raisin Bran
5 cups flour
5 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Salt
Then separately mix:
1 cup oil or melted shortening
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 quart buttermilk
Mix liqid and dry ingredients together. Fill muffins cups. Bake at
400 for 25 minutes . Store un-used portion in covered container for 1
Month. Scoop out to fill muffin cups. DO NOT STIR.
