Playing around one day with what was in the refrig.
1 pk wonton wrappers
1 pk skinless,boneless chicken breats
1 pk cole slaw mix
1 pk sprouts
1 tablespoon veggie oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves of garlic mashed
2 eggs
1 cup of veggie oil
1/2 teaspoon of water
cut up into small bits and brown chicken in oil,scramble 1 egg add to it…set aside to cool
in food chopper add cole slaw mix,sprouts,chop up semi fine,take out and put into used chicken pan over low heat.
Add chicken to chopper 1/2 cup at a time,chop,add garlic on last 1/2 cup,then add to heated pan with veggie’s,add sugar,pepper and soy sauce,stir in to mix it all up real good,set aside to cool some.Open wonton’s and pull apart,scamble the other egg and add 1/2 teaspoon of water.heat 1 cup of oil in clean fryin pan,egg the corner’s of the wonton wrapper,add in small handful of mix,my hand holds about 1 1/2 tablespoons full,wrap one of wrapper to mix,pull over both sides,one at a time tight and then roll to the other corner,when frying to med warm,add in about 6 at a time,flip when brown and set on paper towels or rack,while u finish the rest,serve with your favorite dip,sweetnsour,goes good with ranch,hot mustard,anything!!
