The best lemon bars and very simple to make!
2 cups flour
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and press into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
grated lemon rind
While crust bakes, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Remove crust from oven and top with filling mixture. Bake 25 more minutes and cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar, cut into large squares, and serve.
