Southern Pecan Pie 3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 Cup Broken Pecans
1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Margarine or butter, (melted)
1 Tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
1 9″ Pie shell
Directions:
Preheat oven to350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked
pie shell. Bake for about one hour or until a knife inserted halfway between
the center and the edge comes out clean. Cool.
