This is a recipe that my mother gave me….it’s fantastic.
6 boneless pork chops
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs, your choice of flavor
1-1/2 sticks of butter
Grease or spray a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
Break eggs and put in a bowl. Put bread crumbs in another bowl.
Take pork chops one at a time and dip in eggs and then in bread crumbs. Slice butter and put on top of pork chops. Cover dish with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check and turn pork chops over and add 1/2 stick more butter. Cook for 30 minutes more…enjoy.
