12 Mission Flour Tortillas, warmed
2 tsp. chilli powder,
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lbs. one-half inch thick boneless steak sliced in thin strips
2 Tbsp. lime juice
Toppings; salsa, guacamole, grated cheese, & diced tomatoes
Rub chilli powder into steak strips & refrigerate, from 30 minutes to overnight. Salt & pepper steak to taste. Heat an oiled skillet to medium high. Sprinkle lime juice on steak & cook, stirring until cooked to desired doneness. Set skillet aside for juices to settle (5 to 10 minutes). Arrange strips in the center of each tortilla. Fold & serve with toppings.
