Yield:
2 to 4 servingsIngredients
1 can Spam, diced
5 medium potatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Brown potatoes and onions in vegetable oil. Drain the oil, then add the spam and Worcestershire sauce. Heat enough to get the spam hot and serve.
Garlic toast goes great with this.
